User unable to see Site pages management in Control panel

Description

1. Add Site (blank)
2. Navigate to Site> Site PAges
3. Add Page
4. Click on create page

Work around is to Go To the site, then view through Manage Pages.

Tomcat 7.0.25 + MySQL 5. 6.2.x GIT ID: 2d8edacc350b2858f6f483e2a2a06a5f266197b9.
