Gibberish shown attempting to manage a site page from control panel

Description

(1) Login as test/test
(2) Goto Control Panel
(3) Goto Site Pages (for liferay.com)
(4) Click on the "Welcome Page"

Gibberish shown where the page detail should be shown. Gibberish also shown when accessing site admin from the dock bar.
