Adding test coverage for LPSA-69577: As a portal sysadmin, I would like to execute all upgrade processes from the upgrade tool's shellClosed.
Automate usage of upgrade:executeAll to execute pending upgrades
Test Plan:
Execute upgrade tool with ONLY the core (see here on how to run only core properties)
Then run upgrade:executeAll
Check that all modules successfully upgraded
