Make LDAP connection pool settings configurable

Description

LDAP connection pooling can now be configured through portal(-ext).properties. The following are set by default:

ldap.connection.com.sun.jndi.ldap.connect.pool=true
ldap.connection.com.sun.jndi.ldap.connect.pool.maxsize=50
ldap.connection.com.sun.jndi.ldap.connect.pool.timeout=10000

PASSED Manual Testing using the following steps:

  1. Download and install Apache Directory Server 1.0.2

  2. Download and install Jxplorer 3.2

  3. Configure Jxplorer

    • Host: localhost

    • Port: 10389

    • Protocol: LDAP v3

    • Level: User + Password

    • UserDN: uid=admin,ou=System

    • Password: Test

  4. In Liferay, go to Control Panel > Portal Settings > Authentication > LDAP

  5. Flag Enabled, Import Enabled, and Export Enabled

  6. Click Save

  7. Click LDAP tab

  8. ClIck Add under LDAP Servers

  9. Click Test Connection

    • Assert Liferay is able to connect to the LDAP server
