Related Assets portlet is missing arrow buttons between the metadata fields to add/remove metadata in configurations

Description

Tested and reproduced in 6.1, branch, and trunk (revision 116817)

Issue discovered while investigating a different issue.

To reproduce: Add "Related assets" portlet to the page, enter configuration menu.
