Web Content creation does not save current user default language

Description

Steps to reproduce:

1) Start a clean liferay
2) Set portal available languages: es_ES, en_GB
3) Set default portal language: es_ES
4) Create a Web Content: article default language will be en_US (as user's default language)
5) Fill in title, description and content
6) Save

Expected behaviour: web content is saved with en_US as default language
Actual behaviour: web content is not saved because fields are not localized to es_ES (portal's default)
