Page tree does not show the selected page in Manage Site Pages

Description

When you click Manage/Site Pages the generated tree doesn't show the selected page. It seems that selPlid is missing from Site Page url.

PASSED Manual Testing using the following steps:
1. Log in as admin.
2. Create some pages.
3. Select the default page (Welcome).
4. Click Manage > Page.
5. You can see the tree show the selected page (it will be bold).
6. Click Manage> Sitemap.

Reproduced on:
Tomcat 6.0.33 + MySQL 5. 6.0.x GIT ID: 1c1873c47d48e9df4e4e65512fc85b7da219d13c.
There is no page visible.

Fixed on:
Tomcat 6.0.33 + MySQL 5. 6.0.x GIT ID: 10992cdc954111dae6903aa050956efb645f98a0.
User can see the tree show the selected page (it will be bold).
