Site Templates Containing Page Templates produces errors in the console

Description

When selecting a page within a Site created from a Site Template - Errors and Exceptions display in console

Steps to reproduce:

1. Add Site Template 1
2. Flag 'Active' and 'Allow Modifications' check box
3. Click Actions near [Site Template 1] > Manage Pages
4. Add Blogs Test Page with Blog Page Template
5. Add Wiki portlet to [Home] Page
6. Save Site Template 1
7. Navigate to Control Panel
8. Sites > Add > Site Template 1
9. Name: Test Site 1
10. Save Test Site 1
11 Add New User - Test 2
12. Assign Test 2 as a Member of Test Site 1
13. Assign Test 2 as Site Administrator for Test Site 1
14. Save User Information
15. Log into Test Site 1 as Test 2
17. Select Home Page > Assert no exceptions display
16. Select Blogs Test Page
FAIL - Exceptions run in console

Environment

Tomcat 7.0.22 + MySQL 5. 6.1.x Revision: 94288.
