Theme and Logo should be changeable at the Site Pages Variation Level

Description

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a Site and Activate Staging (enablig Page versioning)
2. Create several Site PAges Variations
3. Change the Logo or the Theme in a Site Variation --> The change affects all variations
