Search Score ratings are too low for Knowledge Base Articles. When a user searches for an article in the Knowledge Base Search portlet or the Knowledge Base (Display) portlet, the search score ratings are low, and there is no relevance. (see )

Type "knowledge" in the search fields
The score ratings will display 0.1 out of 5 stars
