Description

Step to reproduce:

  1. Add a Heading fragment to a content page

  2. Click the body of Heading fragment

  3. Navigate to the Styles panel

  4. Scroll into color field

Expected Results:
The color picker selector should align with input field.

Actual Results:
The color picker selector doesn't align with input field.

Reproduced on:
Tomcat 9.0.56 + MySQL 5.7. Portal master GIT ID: 797e97c019192aa51d04519ac17bc23c0407d1ef.

Cannot be reproduced on:
Tomcat 9.0.56 + MySQL 5.7. Portal 7.4.13-DXP-U3 Build#8903.
