Summary:
Objects and its Fields, Relationships, Layouts names are not displayed if there is no translation for the selected language of the Portal

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Go to Menu > Control Panel > Objects

  2. Create an object

  3. Create a Field

  4. Create a Layout

  5. Create a Relationship

  6. Change the Portal language to another language

  7. Go back to the Object Admin and view the Object

Expected Result:
Label names are displayed

Actual Result:
Label names are not displayed
