Summary:
It is possible to take the relation from another entry

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Go to Objects

  2. Create an Object A and an Object B

  3. Create a Relationship One to Many from Object A to Object B

  4. Create a layout with a relationship tab on Object A

  5. Publish the objects

  6. Add some entries on both Objects

  7. Go to Object A

  8. Click to view an entry

  9. On the Relationship tab, select some entries to relate and save

  10. Go back to the Object View

  11. Click to view another entry

  12. On the Relationship tab, select the same entries from step 7 and save

Expected Result:
Already selected entries should not be displayed

Actual Result:
Entry relation is taken from another entry
