Summary:
Some permissions do nothing

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Create an Object and publish it

  2. Go to Roles

  3. Create a Role

  4. Click on Define Permissions

  5. Go to Object Admin, Object and Picklist permissions

Expected Result:
It should contain only functional permissions

Actual Result:
Some permissions do nothing (see screenshots)
