PASSED Manual Testing using the following steps:

1. Start liferay instance and deploy Kaleo-Web.
2. Go to Control Panel => Workflow.
3. Click Add button upload timer-definition.xml and click save.
4. Click Default Configuration button.
5. Change any resource to Single Timer Approver(Version 1) (eg: Blogs Entry).
6. Go to Blogs portlet add an blog entry.
7. Fill title and body and click Submit for Publication.
8. Wait one minute.
