ClassCastException thrown on SQL Server upgrade for getBoolean on numeric type

Description

https://liferay.atlassian.net/browse/LPS-28789#icft=LPS-28789 resolves most issues, but it does not handle the getBoolean() case.

Therefore, a ClassCastException can still be thrown during VerifySQLServer for those SQL Server databases where is_nullable is defined as an integer rather than a boolean.
