Cannot create users with root@ and postmaster@ email address.

This should be configurable in portal.properties.

PASSED Manual Testing using the following steps:

  1. Enter the following property to portal-ext.properties if the bundle if after fix version.

  2. Start liferay bundle.

  3. Login as admin.

  4. Create a new user with root@ and postmaster@ email address.

Reproduced on:

Tomcat 7.0 + MySQL 5. Portal 6.2.x GIT ID: 9d36ccf60637ddb1db9cdb449dbc94c18a241f83.

New user can not be created with root@ and postmaster@ email address.

The admin can create a new user with root@ and postmaster@ email address.
