Can not save default values for a structure with required fields not filling all the required fields

Description

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create an structure with at least 1 required value (you need to use the new structure editor to set a field as required)
2. Add default values to this structure but don't fill the required values
3. Try to save --> You should be able to save the default values for the structure

PASSED Manual Testing following the steps in the description:

Tomcat 7.0 + MySQL 5. Portal 6.1.x GIT ID: 1f587a0811388f5d5ef326575e77a125a624464a.
Tomcat 7.0 + MySQL 5. Portal 6.2.x GIT ID: 4c345199cb6e55a4cff8cc19fe764d1f4cd3bb4a.

  1. I created an article first then clicked the Edit Structure icon. Once on that screen, I dragged and dropped a Text Field and a Text Box. The Text Field and the Text Box were configured to be required fields.

  2. I then added only default values to the Text Field.

  3. I was unable to save the structure with missing default values in the required Text Box.

Javascript validation should be bypassed when editing default values
