PASSED Manual Testing following the steps in the description.
Reproduced on:
Tomcat 7.0 + MySQL 5. Portal 6.1.x CE GIT ID: 348bd9a44eda80f158ecbbbf9f45b3f7162d046c.
User is not able to add pages when click add page.

User is unable to Add page in My Private site using the Add > Page dockbar when a full database is used.
Steps to reproduce:
Click Go to > My Private Pages
Click Add Page
Nothing happens
User is able to add pages through the control panel. This does not occur is a minimal database is used.
