Documents & Media missing delete/revert version in Version History

Hi to all,
In liferay 6.0.x and previous versions, in Document Library one could navigate through Version History select a Version, maybe an old useless one and delete it. This functionality seems not to exist or work in 6.1.x version.
In 6.0 there is a delete bin button on the right to delete version.
In 6.1 there is no delete button.
Clicking on the lens button you select the version that will appear as eg Lifery.odt (Version 1.1)
Clicking the delete button will delete the whole document and not just the selected Version.

PASSED Manual Testing following the steps in the Timothy comment.

1. Go to Control Panel > Documents and Media
2. Click Add > Basic Document
3. Browse for file "Title: Liferay.odt"
4. Click Publish
5. Click Liferay.odt
6. Click Edit
7. Browse for file
8. Click Publish
9. Click drop down arrow > Revert in 1.0 row under Version History
10. Assert that Version 2.0 displays
11. Click drop down arrow > Delete Version in 1.0 row under Version History
12. Click OK
13. Assert that Version 1.0 no longer displays, but Version 1.1 and Version 2.0 still display

Reproduced on:
Tomcat 7.0 + MySQL 5. Portal 6.1.0 CE GA1.

No drop down arrow displays under Version History, only Download and View icons.

I can see the drop down arrow displays under Version History, and can delete/revert version in version history.
