Removal of group associations is not passed to LDAP

Description

Steps to reproduce:
1) Configure LDAP.
2) Create a user.
3) Create a group.
4) Associate the user to the group.
At this point you should see respective uniqueMember/groupMembership attributes on the LDAP side as well.
5) Remove the the association.
Expected behavior: The atrributes are removed from the directory.
Actual behavior: The directory entries are left untouched.
