Documents and Media Display and Image Gallery are not exporting documents from the root folder

Description

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Add a Media Gallery
2. Add an image to the root folder.
3. Add a folder
4. Add another image in the previous folder.
5. Export everything.
6. Create a new site
7. Add a new Media Gallery in the site.
8. Import the previous LAR

You will only be able to see the image inside the folder, but not the image in the root folder.

PASSED Manual Testing following steps in description.

Reproduced on:
Tomcat 7.0.25 + MySQL 5. 6.2.x GIT ID: a20075262d089e44e6433c2d36684f4dc085b900.
User will only be able to see the image inside the folder, but not the image in the root folder.

Tomcat 7.0.25 + MySQL 5. 6.1.x GIT ID: 9fbc284ff2c4b5102647c3640c4ddbff2736f30d.
Tomcat 7.0.25 + MySQL 5. 6.2.x GIT ID: d447157c4a4421d4b3ca5fa547dfc9195d08d24f.
All the images can be imported successful.
