Categories - No success message when deleting a category and category remains until page is refreshed

Description

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Navigate to Control Panel > Categories

  2. Add a Vocabulary

  3. Add a Category

  4. Delete the Category. It will still be there until the page is refreshed. The Category details will disappear.

Environment

Reopening to add 6.1.1 CE GA2. Close as Fixed.

PASSED Manual Testing using the following steps:

1. Change Time Zone for user account -> Display settings like UTC+1.
2. Upload a file.
3. Go enter the file to check the 3 dates mentioned in my previous comment.

Upload date and update date is incoherent. Upload date is faster than update date.

Made a change to format create date also so that they are more consistent.

Check the timezone of the user in Liferay. If the user has no timezone set then it's the one that's set for that portal instance.
