Web content display portlet shows info messages to guest users

Description

Guest users are seeing info messages of the web content display portlet which should only be shown to user with add article, update article, approve article permissions (for the current group). The portlet shouldn't be rendered at all for guest users.

Steps to reproduce:

  • startup Liferay 6.1.0 GA1 tomcat bundle (clean db, e.g. hsqldb)

  • login as test (admin user) and add a web content display portlet

  • logout and check if the portlet message (Select existing web content or add some web content to be displayed in this portlet.) is shown for the guest user

Environment

Liferay v6.1.0 GA 1 tomcat bundle, startup with hsql, no changes (nothing in portal-ext.properties, no sdk plugins)
