Reopening to add 6.1.1 CE GA2. Close as Fixed.

Passed manual testing using the following steps:
1. Enable local staging to a site.
2. Go to the site page, add Documents and Media and Web Content Display portlet.
3. Upload a document to DL portlet.
4. Add a content in Web content display, try to link the document.
5. Mark the page as read for publication.
6. Publish to live.
Reproduced on:
Tomcat 7.0.25 + MySQL 5. 6.2.x GIT ID: a20075262d089e44e6433c2d36684f4dc085b900.
In console I got exception "NoSuchFileEntryException".
Fixed on:
Tomcat 7.0.25 + MySQL 5. 6.1.x GIT ID: f244611e0909d8ac5167b4cc65e45fa65a3d04e4.
Tomcat 7.0.25 + MySQL 5. 6.2.x GIT ID: 71ce8e940ae12bae24e2a5e14cf3f836bb291915
No above exception in console for now.
But I found there is other exception see .

Hi Sergio,
I have my other QA guy Mark test this on trunk head GIT ID: 47fc8ebb5f3802a1c4b7bb82535eab68403b68db, he also got the same problem. I have uploaded some screenshots to make it clear, so you will know we are using the same steps. Thanks for trying again.

I followed your steps but I could not reproduce the issue. Are you checking on the latest trunk?

We need a method like ServerDetector.isHotDeployEnabled() that can determine if hot deployment is active for (some) app servers.
