Removing 6.1.1 CE GA2 from fixed-in. We are selecting the GA2 candidates and will re-add this upon approval from product management.

I converted a PNG and a GIF to a JPG/JPEG format and uploaded the converted file to the Documents and Media portlet. Once uploaded, I noticed that the colors are transposed (R-G-B). For example, the French flag with Blue, White and Red becomes green, red, and blue. (See screenshot). The original French flag was in the GIF format. Likewise, a South Korean flag that was originally in the PNG format then converted to a JPG format has its colors are also transposed (See screenshot).
Attached to this ticket are the files that I used.
Steps taken:
1. Add a page.
2. Add the Documents and Media portlet.
3. Add a file in the original format that is not a JPG/JPEG.
4. Convert the file to a JPG.
5. Upload the new file. The colors are not the same.
