Newly added Message Board threads are placed at the top of the list instead of the bottom when using kaleo with PostgreSQL 8

Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Hot deploy kaleo-web plugin.
2. Navigate to Control Panel > Workflow Configuration
3. Select Single Approver (Version 1) near Message Boards Message
4. Click Message Boards and add a category
5. Add a 3 to 4 threads inside the category
6. Click My Submissions

You will notice that newly created threads are placed at the top instead of the bottom. (See attachment)

Environment

Tomcat 7 + PostgreSQL 8. 6.1.x GIT ID: a56b18dd997640ae470df55dc1be8bae519a8134. Tomcat 7 + PostgreSQL 8. 6.2.x GIT ID: 3b7823d386c28d7d8eb3d07dc1acb81c975cc40b.

Tested in the following environment:

Tomcat 7 + PostgreSQL 8. 6.1.x GIT ID: c2df229d78899f13c0c3ce3e1070cf15d969569b. FAILED
Tomcat 7 + PostgreSQL 8. 6.2.x GIT ID: 33b972d0a9e492a371f8272b38692c65d6dcdb75. PASSED

Issue passed in 6.2.x but not in 6.1.x. 6.1.x is failing because of http://issues.liferay.com/browse/LPS-25257.

Was able to reproduce with Oracle:

Tomcat 7 + Oracle 10. 6.1.x GIT ID: a56b18dd997640ae470df55dc1be8bae519a8134.

With oracle, the 3rd message board thread gets put at the top of the list. Other thread posts seem to get placed correctly at the bottom of the list. (See attachment)
