Unable to translate title and description in WCM

It's impossible to translate title and description on web content articles

Closing because feature does not exist on 6.0.x.

this feature did not exist in 6.0.X: it's new in 6.1.X branch

FAILED Manual testing using the following steps:

1. Add Web Content Display/Asset Publisher portlet
2. Add Web Content in English
3. Edit the entry, check localized (title and content) and add a translation
4. Add Language portlet
5. Changed the site to the localized language

Reproduced on:
Tomcat 6.0.29 + MySQL 5. 6.0.6. CE.

The title nor the content are translated.

Fixed on:
Tomcat 7.0.25 + MySQL 5. 6.2.x GIT ID: 3c4f4b709e9e7e2f090c87327a1131d576e677c5.
Tomcat 7.0.25 + MySQL 5. 6.1.x GIT ID: b8d62c03aaf6b5ef6b600fe09cc0f978963410b6.

The title and content are changed to the added translation

Failed on:
Tomcat 6.0.33 + MySQL 5. 6.0.x GIT ID: cb03f1d80bf322d0574bb2aa2369273b43cc4711.

The web content title is not localized; only the last editted title is shown. The content is translated.
