Reopening to add 6.1.1 CE GA2. Close as Fixed.

PASSED Manual Testing with the following steps:

1. Deploy Social Networking plugin
2. Navigate to Control Panel > Public Pages
3. Add Social Test Page
4. Navigate to Add > Social
5. Add Summary portlet
6. Assert that Summary portlet displays correctly
7. Activate Firebug 1.9 --> Select CSS tab
8. Enter '<table>' tag in the Search field
9. Assert that the tags no longer display in the CSS code

The only change exists in the CSS code.

There should be no visible difference. Social Networking Summary portlet should look exactly as it did before.
