Guest user is unable to view a page created with any of the page templates. Steps to reproduce using the Blog template:
1. Go to Control Panel > Site Pages
2. Add a new (public) page called Blogs Test.
3. Select "Blog" for the template.
4. Click Add Page.
5. Sign out.
6. As the guest user, click on the Blogs Test page.
The guest user is asked to sign in order to view the page. If you create another user who is a member of the site, they are also unable to view the page. When you navigate to Control Panel > Page Templates and look at the default permissions of each template, only the owner has permissions to view.
