The default Web Content URL points to Live instead of staging when the content is staged

Description

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a Page using the "Content Display Page" Template
2. Create a web content which display page is the previous page
3. Add an asset publisher to another page and configure it to have the links "open in specific portlet". If you click on your web content, you are taken to the display page.
4. Activate Staging --> Enable page versioning
5. If you click on the web content in asset publisher you are taken to the live page.
